Unlike goods manufactured on a mass scale in a factory with the help of machines, Stone handicrafts are made by hand by Carvers artisans in villages and remote places. Whereas, machined items have precision finish with a very low tolerance, hand-made items obviously have a higher tolerance. Color and texture of Stone being a natural product - would some time slightly differ from item to item. Specifications are subject to change without notice

We have our own stone works so we have no middle man, no shop/store we are directly offering you so we are offering you all their margins to you. We are situated in stone rich area. unlike Europe or America We have Low Cost Skilled Man Power.
We accept Bulk Orders and depending on the size and nature of order we would offer special terms Pricing for such orders. In case you are interested in bulk purchase of products please email us your enquiry.
Liability
Every care and precaution will be taken by us to ensure proper quality and timely delivery of the Stone handicraft items. However, in the unlikely case of any unforeseen circumstances which prevents us from making the delivery, our liability will be limited to the order amount.
If you decide to place the order let us know so we will raise you Performa invoice, kindly send us Conformation along with Payment . For larger orders we work on 50% at the time of confirmation and balance against LC/CAD etc in case order is small ( Less then US$/Euro 5000 or equivalent) it would be convenient to both of us to have full at once. you can send us the payment by wire transfer as per detail below.
We Confirm Order only on Receipt of Payment by , Wire Transfer / TT (telegraphic Transfer), Bankers Cheque (Subject to realization), Letter of Credit (LC). For Larger Order we work on Mutually agreed Payment Terms.

We manufacture stone Handicraft only on order & delivery are not immediate. On confirm order we Inform you about the approximate delivery time. Generally we take minimum 4 weeks time to dispatch the Items but for bulk quantity time increases. We deliver Good by Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, Courier etc. on FOB or CIF basis
For shipments outside the India custom's and duty charges may apply. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
We manufacture on order basis only & our All sales are final. We have a "no return policy" on all purchases unless there was an error in shipment. In these cases, returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of receipt as long as the goods are in original condition.
On Requirement We Give Certificate of Origin, GSP Certificate & Also Arrange Third Party Inspection & Certification
We Dispatch Material after Covering full risk with Insurance.
